enable true SSO
Logging into the portal and then again when connecting is a pain for users. Please enable true SSO.

Thank you for your feedback :)! We are tracking this feature in our engineering backlog.

Including support for Azure AD seamless signin and the PTA (Pass Through Authentication) model.

With the True SSO (single sign-on) feature, after users log in to VMware Identity Manager using a smart card or RSA SecurID or RADIUS authentication, users are not required to also enter Active Directory credentials in order to use a virtual desktop or published desktop or application.
If a user authenticates by using Active Directory credentials, the True SSO feature is not necessary, but you can configure True SSO to be used even in this case, so that the AD credentials that the user provides are ignored and True SSO is used.

ADFS is in the past, the same as ADDS, the double password prompt doesn;t give a perception of a cloud native application, makes people wonder if we are putting the very latest technology in place or a work around

... preferably without the need for ADFS! We have (by Microsoft guidance) spent years on eliminating ADFS in favor of Password Hash Sync and Seamless Single Sign-On - only to find ourselves in a place where we need it again - in a brand new service!

Agreed Noone wants to sign in three times with initial logon, MFA, and than again to login. Defeats the purpose of ease of use especially when they have to do it for desktops and than also for apps again
