Teams is using System time in posts on WVD
When using either a WVD Desktop or App, Teams is using the System Time instead of the user's time zone when posting conversations. I can see the clock on a desktop and that matches my time zone. When I post a conversation, Teams is using the System Time of the server which is default UTC.

This is fixed with latest teams update

Teams should respect time-zone redirection. This problem is a pain point for customers that want users from multiple time-zones to use the same Host Pool. It makes no sense that you have to tell some users to adjust to this shortcoming or deploy time-zone specific Host Pools; just for Teams...

I've spent the past hour trying to figure out how to do this because the blog post announcing the new Project says we can. Now I see here that it is still only "planned," not available yet.

Setting up incredible substance on your site. here you can locate the best administrations for your site at a reasonable expense. Expectation so you will have a visit to our site.
I had this same problem and opened a support case with my findings after posting about them here:
Microsoft let me know it's a known issue and expected to be fixed in the same June release that has the AV Redirect changes for Teams in WVD.
