Allow deploying a session host straight into drain mode.
Add a session host deployment option so that we can deploy new session hosts straight away in drain mode. We have some scenarios where we need to do some tasks before allowing connections. Would be good to be in drain mode as soon as it's deployed.

This is definitely something I would like to see. We have several tasks that need to complete on each new session host before we want to allow user connections. We have a small constant use for WVD, but then also use it for Disaster Recovery, and in that scenario we need to quickly spin up 50+ new session hosts. Having to manually change all of them to drain mode to allow the post-build tasks to complete, and then manually change them all back is a pain. Just a simple checkbox in the new session host creation menu to turn on drain mode when the session host is created would be a massive time saver!

On the RD Session Host server, open Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration. To do this, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, point to Remote Desktop Services, and then click Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration. Under Connections, right-click the name of the connection, and then click Properties.
